First Egyptian Engineering was founded in 1986 to offer a wide range of engineering services, with a vision of acquiring long term partnerships mainly in training and technical consulting and software development, shortly afterwards, the two departments HR Outsourcing & Recruitment followed to enrich the services offered to our clients.
We are seeking to hire a qualified caliber to join our team with the following qualifications:

Responsibilities
§ Coordinate & provide direct administrative support functions for the department.
§ Receive department calls, visitors and applicants.
§ Receive applicant's resumes and conduct initial interviews.
§ Classify and file applicants' resumes into databank program.
§ Maintain the filing system for all resumes.
§ Submit regular reports to Recruitment Services Manager which may include no. of CVs loaded into the computer, status of databank or any other required enhancement.
§ Control the filing system for all correspondences and ensure distribution of all correspondences and memos.
§ Control stationary requirements for the department.
§ Handle any other tasks according to Recruitment Services Manager's requirements (job rotation scheme is applied in the department)
Qualifications
§ A bachelor degree with 1 year minimum of experience.
§ Effective communication & coordination skills.
§ Ability to handle different tasks at a time and stand work pressure.
§ Ability to work in team-based environment.
§ Very good computer skills. (MS office & internet).
