Develop and conduct orientation and training for§ equipment operators. Arrange on-the-job training for new hires. Expectation: Orientation and training is consistently productive, effective, profitable, accurate, timely, and complete. Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in applicable field from four-year College or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidate should bare the knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• He /she should have the experience in motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Candidate should possesses the knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower modeling, leadership techniques, and applicable production methods.
• The candidate must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public are required • Candidate must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required.
• He /she must has the ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • He /she must maintain a valid Drivers/operators of one the ports’ equipment training license from an international certification agency.
