1- Voice Implementation Specialist:( Job Ref: VI-001)
Implement Voice IPVPN & IPT services, cross validation of Gatekeeper
configuration with corresponding CISCO Router configuration for the
Voice application.
Educational background:
- Degree in telecommunications field
- CCNA is a must
- CVoice is a must
- 1-2 years experience in telecommunication (VoIP & IPT )
Skills / Qualifications:
- Detailed oriented
- Time management skilled
- Decision Making ability
- "Can Do" Attitude
- Customer Oriented Attitude
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
2- Enterprise Telephony Customer Change Manager - Cisco: (Job Ref:
IPTCM-Cisco001)
- Validate technically, sign off, and coordinate Cisco IP Telephony
complex and global change requests, whether coming from the customer,
or originating from network requirements.
- Validates the technical aspects of the change requests, and assess
the business impact on the customer.
- Evaluate the risks and effects on the availability of the service.
- Leads the Change Advisory Board to approve or reject significant
change projects
Educational background:
- Engineering, Computer Sciences or Telecommunications study degree.
- CCNA is a must
- CVoice is a must
- CCVP is a plus
- ITIL is recommended
- 1-3 years experience in telecommunication (VoIP & IPT )
