Primary Responsibilities:

* Primarily responsible Maintaining of Active Directory and Windows
Networking
* Maintain network username database.
* Assist with implementation and upgrades to current network environment.
* Perform routine tasks under the direct supervision of the IT manager.
* Acts as a front-line interface to users, accepting trouble reports
* Configures and installs PC's, Servers, peripheral and network equipment.
* Maintain security of systems
* Troubleshoots intermediate computer hardware and software problems.
* Maintains tape rotations and strategies.
* Routinely monitors system logs for possible problems,
* Functions effectively as a team member to: communicate effectively,
resolve conflict constructively, and collaborate toward accomplishing
team goals and objectives.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing IT networks.

Required Skills:

* Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment.
* Knowledge of theoretical and practical engineering principles with
strong analytical skills.
* Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, define
problems, and develop a means or method to resolve them.
* Strong attention to detail with proven verbal and written
communication skills are essential.
