Manager Vacancy:

Job Objectives : Planning ,Execution & Coordination of the International Sales and Marketing Activities in Assigned Region

Tasks :

1. Participate in the strategic planning for the international sales and marketing objectives of the organization.

2. Setting the annual targets for his region and his regional subdivisions ( Countries ) in coordination with country managers

3. Analyses the feedback from his region and communicate results to related departments periodically ( Marketing , R&D , Factories , Logistics , Finance )

4. Coordinate the activities of relevant departments within his assigned region through the country managers

5. Motivation , Coaching ,Counselling , Follow up and Supervising the country managers activities to achieve the strategic and annual targets in his region

6. Supervision and training of the country managers in his assigned region in doors and in the market

7. Follow up of key customers in his region and developing new accounts through country managers or personally

8. Close follow up of the region profitability on monthly basis with the country managers and taking corrective actions if needed

9. Submission of new ideas for development of the overall business in his region

10. Communicating & Reporting the regional business feedback on periodic basis to the higher management

11. Supervise keeping records for the necessary information about business in his region

12. Market visits either personal or double visits with country managers to supervise and coordinate field performance

13. Supervising the delivery of the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through taking the necessary actions to solve their problems and satisfy their needs.
