act as a second line service desk support for MMS & Live application
for vodafone group

0- Telecommunications or computer engineer
1- 2/3 years experinces in unix , prefered SUN Solaris
2- Good experince in supporting Tomact & Apache environment
3- Knowledge about SQL Plus
4- very good understanding for the networking theory (CCNA is
prefered)
5- basic knowledge with web developemernt
6- familior with service desks enivronement
7- good understing of ITIL concepts
8- excellent communcation skill
9- able to work under pressure with time managment
10-opened to work with others/multi culture
11-familier with multi national concept
12-ready to work in shift bases schema
