3 – GIS system Analyst, with engineering or computer science BS degree and experience for 5 or more years in the same field.

4 – GIS system Engineer, with engineering or computer science BS degree and experience for 5 or more years in the same field.

4 – GIS Database Administrator, with engineering or computer science BS degree and experience in administering ESRI spatial databases for 5 or more years in the same field.
