Title: Software Technical Support

Job Requirements:

§ B.S of Commerce or business administration English section is preferred

§ Fluent in English " Speaking, writing, and reading: is a must

§ Good knowledge in software development especially "ERP" applications

§ Business background is preferred including "Accounting receivable, accounting payable and general ledger"

§ Ability to think logically;

§ A good memory of how software and operating systems work;

§ Listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

§ Ability to work well in a team;

§ Problem-solving skills

§ A strong customer focus

§ Ability to prioritize your workload;

§ Attention to detail
