Job Title: Software Project Manager

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience in software development with at least 2 years experience in software project management.

2. Advanced experience in IT project management, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution and closing of IT projects.

3. Advanced experience in designing, creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation, including, training materials, design specifications, RFPs, and other documents.

4. Special experience in software life cycles, Rational unified process, Agile and Xtreme programming, CMMI, SIX SEGMA.

5. Technical experience in Rich Internet Applications, Web and Portals development.

6. Good software development in java, PHP, .Net, Database Development.

7. Past experience in offshore/outsourcin g project management and delivery is a plus.

7. PMP certified is a plus.

8. BS in Computer Science or Engineering is a must.

9. Strong communication& presentation skills.

10. Fluent English both Spoken & written.

Experience in Project Management applications (MS. Project, MS. Visio, Rational Rose, etc.) is a must
