Job Details
OpenTech is urgently seeking 2 highly experienced Senior Oracle
Database Administrators to work in Dubai.

* Contract duration: at least 1 year
* Selected candidates will be provided with two-way flying tickets,
transportation and accommodation.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Setting up/troubleshooting ORACLE database backup and recovery process.
- RAC(Real Applications Cluster) Environment setup & troubleshooting.
- Database monitoring.
- Understanding shell scripts, for automation of Day to day operations
and Installation, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance
tuning of Oracle RDBMS (10g R2 and 11g)
- Applying database patches as per the application requirement.
- Oracle DBA experience in UNIX environments, preferably in HP-UX
- Oracle database server installation, RAC environment setup, setup
and configuration based on different application needs.
- SQL Query tuning, troubleshooting and performance tuning of various
database and oracle applications.
- Experience on Database Vault is and added advantage.
