* Expert in Joomla 1.5 is a must
* Create designs and sample layouts for websites
* Update & maintain existing websites
* Write web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML, XHTML & CSS and Optimize images for Web user interface and create HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout
* Decide on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web
* Test the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions
* Expert in: Adobe Photoshop, HTML/XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver/ FrontPage, Illustrator/ Freehand, Flash, W3 specifications, flash scripting (action script), JavaScript, AJAX , 3D Animation or/and modeling, Adobe After Effect and back-end scripting
