The telesales manager will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets through managing a sales team and selling to lead by example .you will develop the sales team through sales and product training as well as thinking on your feet and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities .you will also be responsible for ensuring that the team achieves all non revenue targets also from telephone call metrics to territory mangement through active and correct use of the CRM system.In all you will manage and create a team culture of achivement through dedication,passion and confidence .

You must be experienced in working in a telesales enviroment with demonstable track record of achievement selling online information or data solutions to the corporate market place.You will also have at least 6 months experience in team mentoring,leading, mangement role.
