Career Opportunities

1-Junior Test /Quality Expert (less than 2 years)

Job Description:

• Joining on- site test projects for the customers in Europe and Egypt .
• Analyzing requirements and deriving appropriate test strategies.
• Specifying test cases and prioritizing test execution in accordance with customer

priorities

• Writing test protocols and defect reports.
• Establish enduring working relationship with customers and development parties
• conduct the various kinds of testing in several fields
• On-going communication with developers to debug and health check the used applications.
• Conducting all kinds of software testing ( i.e.: performance testing, unit testing, components testing …etc) to our customers within the different business segments (

Requirements:

• Must possess a BSc / BA in Computer Engineering/ science , Management, Finance or ( German Linguistics, ) e.g. Faculties of Alsun /Literature.
• Fluency in either German or French , in addition to English is a must
• Be fully prepared to work for international projects that might involve travelling and staying abroad.
• Excellent communication skills

2-Test /Quality Expert

Job Description:

· Plans, prepares and executes tests covering at least 3 of the ISEB recognized testing techniques

• Liaises with developers and users in resolving defects and issues arising

• Plans, prepares and executes both Functional and Non-Functional tests on a variety of projects

• Takes responsibility for the production, delivery and completion of phase test plans and the associated testing, reporting and completion of those plans

• Supports the development and delivery of test plans and strategies

· Head up a Testing Team, normally on a client’s site that will typically consist of a mixture of permanent and associate staff

· Identifies and recommends improvements in the testing processes to client

· Establishes a baseline of test metrics for trend analysis and future estimation

· Pursuing Software test process to our customers which are located in Europe

· Taking charge of test teams in terms of reporting , test management

Requirements:

· Min 2.5 years experience of testing throughout the lifecycle (inc: Functional & Non

Functional)

· Must possess a BSc / BA in Computer Engineering/ science, Management, Finance or ( German Linguistics, ) e.g. Faculties of Alsun /Literature

· Fluency in either German or French , in addition to English is a must

· Previous experience of system development or programming background

· Be fully or partially prepared to work for international projects that might involve travelling and staying abroad

· ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills

· Good team player

· Clear logical thinker

· Excellent administration ability

3- Senior Test /Quality Expert

Job Description:

• Supports the development and delivery of test plans and strategies
• Head up a Testing Team, normally on a client’s site that will typically consist of a mixture of permanent and associate staff.
• Implements automation/Load & Performance on at least 3 separate projects.

• Builds/implements automation solutions resulting in a higher percentage of effort/cost reduction on at least 2 occasions.

• Liaises with developers and users in resolving defects and issues arising

• Plans, prepares and executes both Functional and Non-Functional tests on a variety of

Projects

• Gains additional work as a result of the use of these tools on at least 2 occasions

• Builds/implements automation solutions resulting in a higher percentage of effort/cost reduction on at least 2 occasions.

• Defines & documents test environment requirements - including version & configuration information for 3+ projects

• Trains client & SIM/SQS personnel in the use of the tools or any bespoke solution.

Requirements:

• Min 5+ years experience of testing throughout the lifecycle (inc: Functional & Non Functional)

• Must possess a BSc / BA in Computer Engineering/ science or alternatively a proven testing experience.

• Fluency in either German or French , in addition to English is a must

• Previous experience of system development or programming background
• Automation Tool Experience (able to scrip using TSL/VUGEN etc...)
• ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus

• Project and Test Management Skills

• Mature attitude to career objectives

• Be fully or partially prepared to work for international projects that might involve travelling and staying abroad

• ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus.
