Knowledge in personal computer operation and abreast with the latest survey software and data transfer. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English Language. Possess valid Saudi Arabian driving license or from country of origin. | 11. Experienced in preparation of bid packages, Performa contract and procurement plans for transmission line turnkey contracts. Experienced in evaluation and reviewing technical proposals for the Bidders / Contractors in accordance with the scope of work, Technical Specification and International Standards. Must have prior experience involving various transmission line and substation equipment in electric utility company. Knowledge in commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Must have experience in the use of MS Windows and MS Office tools. Fluent in both written and oral communication in the English Language. | 12. BID Document Developer | Saudi Arabia | September’08 | B.S.Degree in Civil / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, having 15 years engineering or construction & Project management or supervisory experience in the electric utility industry or related projects.
