Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant Manager

The following vacancy is urgently required for very well known Real Estate Company:

Vacancy: Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant Manager.

Job Code: (L&D 1/Y)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and directing a wide range of on-the-job and off-the-job development programs that are designed to develop company employees at all levels.
  • Responsible for assessing the development needs of relevant departments (technical), guides them through the most appropriate learning method, then evaluate training effectiveness.
  • L&D Asst. Manager‘s main job purpose is to be an internal human development consultant to their relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Human Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering “Architect or Civil engineering” is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in Development/ Construction organizations is a plus.
