The following vacancy is urgently required for very well known Real Estate Company:
Vacancy: Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing and directing a wide range of on-the-job and off-the-job development programs that are designed to develop company employees at all levels.
- Responsible for assessing the development needs of relevant departments (technical), guides them through the most appropriate learning method, then evaluate training effectiveness.
- L&D Asst. Manager‘s main job purpose is to be an internal human development consultant to their relevant departments.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Human Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering “Architect or Civil engineering” is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Development/ Construction organizations is a plus.
