International Customer Service Representative

Dear Candidate,

Kindly note that a large Call Center Company located in Egypt , need urgently the following Job Titles:-

(A) International Customer Service Representative (Ref. 01)

Responsibilities:

· Handle customers’ inquires over the telephone providing the right and full information according to the contact center guidelines.

· Resolve customers’ complaints and problems, within boundaries of authority, distributes issues for further escalation to appropriate persons/teams.

· Take customers orders and create opportunities for up-selling and cross selling (where applicable).

· Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management.

· Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management.

Specifications (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience):

Ø University degree

Ø IT Skills: knowledge of Windows operating environment

Ø Frequent user of computer

Ø Languages: Excellent command of French (oral/written)

Ø Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
