KEY ACTIVITIES

· Conduct QA Audits to ensure process compliance according to defined process framework.
· Identify opportunities for improvement. By identifying and collecting measurement data from the HARF projects and processes. And Perform analysis of the data, and implementing performance measurement and analytical processes.
· Creates and Manages Process Improvement Proposals.
· Develop and submit periodical reports to Senior Management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field.
· Minimum of one year experience in Software quality.
· Familiarity with the Software development life cycles.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of the CMMI model is an asset.
