1- Sales Team Leader:

a- Responsibilities :

*Selecting the sales team members.

*Building the sales team.

*Supervising the sales team.

*Sales team monitoring and

*Providing the sales plan and objectives.

*Preparing and providing the sales reports.

b- Qualifications:

* Three years experience is a must

*English language fluency

*Training courses and certifications knowledge is a must.

*IT technical training sales experience is a plus

2- Sales team members:

a- Responsibilities :

*achieving the approved quota

*Playing as a team member

*Help the customer to reach what they need

*Update his/her IT training knowledge

b- Qualifications:

* One year experience is a plus

*English language fluency

*Training courses and certifications knowledge is a must.

*IT technical training sales experience is a plus

3- IT technical trainers:

a- Responsibilities :

*Delivering official and customized courses to trainees

*Update his/her training skills and experience

*Preparing and providing training sessions and projects for the other team members on the current and new technologies

* Preparing and providing training sessions and projects for trainees on the current and new technologies

b- Qualifications:

*Be certified [MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD, CCNP, A+, N+, S+, LINUX, UNIX, and JAVA ].

* One year experience is a plus.

*English language fluency.

EGYBYTE offers three months training period for the fresh [non-experienced] applicants. New trainers may attend some technical courses as a training assistant. EGYBYTE offer a fixed salary for the training period and an hourly rate plus the fixed salary after the training period.
