Kindly note that a leading Multinational Enterprises offers technological solutions for Power generation and electricity transmission and distribution Urgently requires expert to work in the following position:-
(A) Senior Sales Director , Based in Libya (Ref. 01)
As Senior Sales Manager, You will be part of the International Sales Organization of the company.
You will Organize and manage the local sales organization within the supervision of a Country Manager, an Area Sales Manager or a Regional VP, with the objectives of order intake budget and order margin for overall, and each Business within your geographical area of responsibility.
You role will be to::
- Define the Area action plan in order to maximize the company orders volume and margin. Commit and achieve order intake budget and forecasted incoming order margin for overall and individual Business
- Organize Local sales personnel in co-ordination with local Business Unit Heads, as well as all sales personnel active in the area
- Monitor customer relations, and develop extensive knowledge of customer organizations in order to develop opportunities to reinforce the presence of the company within the area.
- Develops market knowledge and Identify local risks, coordinate all company marketing activities in the area to ensure the best development of the company within the area
- Support the Businesses in the selection of consortium partners and subcontractors, in establishing strategic plans, in resolving problems during project execution, and in product development definition in order to reinforce order intake and customer satisfaction locally
Qualifications
Education / Experience
Engineering degree and/or MBA
A minimum of 10 years experience in Sales & Development Business
International experience
Specific knowledge
Languages: Bilingual (English mandatory) French is an advantage
Good management, negotiation and coaching skills
Business understanding
Good knowledge of international electrical Transmission & Distribution Business
Good knowledge of the North African Countries
Good knowledge of multinational enterprises organization & rules.
