Plan the yearly recruitment requirements. Identify and use different recruitment resources, ensuring targeting the right candidates caliber. Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates. Identify and use mechanism for checking applying candidate’s status (accepted, rejected or recalled). Make selection recommendation for departmental management. Implement employment process.
