process engineer vacancy

Our client is a big multinational company seeking for a process engineer

To assist Process Project Engineer in designing and developing new process and modifications to existing process .

MAJOR TASKS

1. Assist in developing process design within product specification established by Product Engineering.

2. Assure functional acceptability through testing and analysis. (Cpk, SPC…etc)

3. Prepare all process documentation needed to control manufacturing process in the best appropriate conditions.

1. Assist in the preparation of product manufacturing cost information.

2. Generation and maintenance of process design histories, and test documentation.

3. Accumulate data from other engineering groups and outside technical consultants, technical publications and records, outside suppliers, customers, end users, related tradesmen, and public and private agencies, related to production capability, product design safety, product reliability, production cost and lead times, component availability, material selection, product codes, governmental regulation, installation parameters, usage requirements, patents.

10. Disseminate technical data to other engineering groups as requested and needed for business decision-making.

Education and experience:

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency with a CAD system ( Pro-E preferred) is a must. 1-2 Years of experience will be preferred
