Job Description:

• Provide Helpdesk Customer Support
• Responsible for Service Level Agreement with Clients.
• Responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 Support
  
  

Skills Required:

• High School Graduates
• Must be able to speak Arabic
• Fluent in Technology (Ms Word, Powerpoint Etc.)
• Experience as a Helpdesk operator preferred
