Job Summary: HSE Advisor being fully conversant with HSE regulations, requirements, expectation shall facilitate, advice and assist field team is effective implementation of company HSE Management System. Evaluate the HSE arrangements & controls to manage the associated risk to an ALARP level and in the event of any incident / accident/ emergency coordinate with field management to limit the consequences and prevent recurrence. Facilitate / conduct HSE training, promotional, motivational campaigns and periodically monitor, measure and audit system performance and review effectiveness with management. Coordinate with Local authorities /PDO /contractors / subcontractors/ agencies on all HSE implementation issues.
