Strong understanding of compensation, benefits programs and administration Understanding and interpretation of HR policies/procedures and government legislation Strong analytical, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills Strong computing skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint Strong oral/verbal presentation, written communication and listening skills Excellent interpersonal & facilitation skills in dealing with employees & external contacts.
