We are in need to hire the following position:-

Company profile:

We are Golden State Foods Company, we are the Egyptian branch of the international American company and we belong to the FMCG Sector, and process foods; we are the only suppliers to McDonald ' s Egypt and Middle East .

We have two factories one produces liquid products and the other one produces bakery products, and we have our own delivery trucks and warehouses.

We are currently looking for the following position

IT - Junior & Senior levels:-

1. Conducts major and systemic systems backups on a regular basis to eliminate unnecessary data from the system while maintaining a full and accurate data history.
2. Resolves computer hardware, software, and data questions and problems, restores data or deleted files, responding in a timely manner to insure user needs are met.
3. Analyzes user needs regarding hardware, software, and data; implements solutions on a timely basis to maximize employee productivity.
4. Performs minor maintenance and analysis of system anomalies including system configurations, central processing units, keyboards, printers, and equipment cables to minimize computer down time.
5. Compiles monthly log sheets and maintains a maintenance calendar to provide a guide for scheduling regular cleaning and maintenance procedures to contain costs, facilitate the smooth operation of the information system, and to minimize computer down time.

Education/Certifica tion: Bachelors degree in computer science or information systems or Engineering from and accredited college or university. Certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer a plus.

Experience: 2-3/3-6 years of relevant work experience. Computer related experience in finance, distribution, general business, or office automation

1- Experience in network(LAN&WAN).

2- Experience in Security(appliance& concept ).

3- Experience in computer troubleshooting.

4- Experience in MS operating system troubleshooting.

5- Experience in MS office program troubleshooting.

6- Experience SQL database server.

7- Experience in ERP program .

8- Experience in Exchange server& troubleshooting.

9- Experience in Web applications .

10- Experience in crystal report program .

11- Experience in Web filtering program.

12- Experience in Windows 2K3 and 2K domains and environments.

13- Experience in manageable switches.

Salary: Negotiable

Working hrs: 8am – 4pm

Off days: Fridays and Saturdays
