Thi role develop and implement the Human Re ource policie for the organization in alignment to the overall
policy framework. It al o periodically review compen ation and benefit cheme and make recommendation
for improvement of the ame in line with market trend and organizational trategie . The re pon ibilitie of thi
role al o include:
•Formulate and implement Human Re ource policie and procedure in coordination with the parent
organization
•Manage the employee compen ation, benefit and reward y tem for the organization
•Develop a grading tructure and periodically reviewing the ame to en ure effective grading y tem for the
organization .
