Orascom Real Estate, the Ministry of Communication, German Institute
of Development as well as many other.

GTO is seeking a Quality Assurance & Project Manager candidate to
assume the following key Responsibilities:

Project Management Role: Ref (00-01)

1. Communication and follow-up with the customer projects
including helping them to define project requirements and providing
them with project cost and time
2. Understanding and developing detailed customer proposals in
accordance to the agreed scope and customer needs
3. Managing the development and delivery of projects including
preparing web site functional specifications, project plans and
following up implementation and issues
4. Working internally with the project team, of developers and
designers to insure they understand project scope and development
requirements and deliver them in accordance to the agreed project
schedule
5. Working closely with customers to insure that project
deliverables are clear and project timelines are met
6. Working with the GTO management team to improve internal
processes, products and services.

Quality Assurance Ref (00-02)

1. Quality control and internal testing of all components prior
to being delivered to the customer for user acceptance testing
2. To take the lead in developing a quality assurance strategy
and ensuring it successful implementation within the company
3. Knowledge of check list and auditing.
4. Knowledge with writing and executing test cases as well as
validation and verification.
5. Knowledge of Man Machine Interface for evaluating good
interfaces (user friendly, reliability, multitask user interface &
flexibility) .
6. Knowledge in putting test plans including acceptance,
certification, performance, and stress tests of software components
and web sites.
7. Knowledge of Software life cycle.

Candidate must have Excellent command of the English languages
