1- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrate good “people skills”, resolve customers concerns/complaints in a positive manner. Communicates regularly with management team regarding service issues. Achieve or exceed customer service standards, both internal and external. Ensure customer relations policies and procedures are being followed. Ensure employees schedule is according to business needs 2-respond immediately to line-ups at tills (standard: one up, two in line, open immediately) 3- Manage maintenance technicians to ensure proper handling of customers defective units and dealings with customer issues such as delay times and warranty issues. 4- Provide proper training and development for all reports on company training programs 5- in partnership with the store general manager actively develops and coaches leaders within the store through meetings development plans and one on ones
