CURRENTLY, a multinational company specialized in cables and wiring fields has a vacant job of Chief Accountant. Details are as follows:
Department: Finance
Directly Reports To: Financial Manager
Location: Nasr City
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Finance Assistance including allocation of work, reviewing department output and discipline
2. Ensure accuracy of General Ledger and that it reflects the financial position of the company
3. Correct recording of business potential liabilities and future income
4. Integrity of stock
5. Accuracy of Fixed Asset register
6. Review of control accounts
7. Administration of the accounting software.
8. Prepares the company's finance package
9. Produce accurate reports such as Weekly status reports, and Cash position reports
10. Preparation of Government Statistical returns
11. Ensure all payroll transactions are authorized
12. Supervise Payroll preparation
13. Carry out review of payroll report
14. Ensure timely payment of payroll
15. Monitors and reports business funds spend against budgets
16. Applies an understanding of financial and factory systems to ensure that management information requirements are met.
17. Recommends, develops and maintain courses of action to continuously improve financial systems
18. Undertakes other tasks that may be assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time
Requirements:
1. University Graduate
2. CMA or MBA is an asset
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
4. Preferable Knowledge of SAP
5. Very Good Command of English.
6. Minimum 5 years of experience
7. Communication, Problem solving, and Analytical skills
Salary & Package:
Basic Salary: LE: 5000-80000 gross monthly
Bonus/Incentives: No
