Job Description Essential duties & responsibilities will include:
- Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to destination.
- Sorts and distributes mail on a daily basis.
- Receives visitors and directs to appropriate person.
- Assists in related projects such as scheduling utilizing Excel and
Adobe PDF writer.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information.
- translating documents, from both English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Well organized, energetic team player, able to take initiative and
multi-task.
- Team Secretarial experience and good knowledge of MS-Office
Products.
- Preparation of Word and Excel documents, including letters, meeting
notes and reports, organization of printing of documents.
- Arrange meetings, including inviting attendees.
- Handles an eCommerce website operations.
- Handles all admin related or other requested tasks.
Job Location: Maadi - Residents close to Maadi area have an
advantage
