OMS is urgently seeking to hire experienced candidates for the following:

Job Location: Nasr City, Cairo
· Job Duties:
- Acts as a primary customer contact point with regards to order for service work including the preparation of new work orders and keeping clients. informed of the progress of existing jobs.
- Answer inbound calls for service requests.
- Send and receive email requests for service.
- Call customers to arrange service appointments.
- Accurately enter data with speed.
- Provide pleasant phone skills.
- Dispatch work to individual technicians via email / phone; provide details of service calls to technicians.
- Co-ordinates the daily work schedule of the Service department.
- Ensures service personnel are allocated to the appropriate contract to ensure maximum efficiency in execution and minimize cost.
- Maintains consistent communication with assigned technician.
- Follows up on activities to ensure completion in a reasonable timeframe.
- Take details of completed calls from technicians; insure details inputted into appropriate spread sheet/system.
- Track status of each dispatched job to insure work completed.
- Provide feedback to Management team on performance and/or process issues.
- Generating and distributing Service reports on a timely basis.
