Job Description | : 1- To organise all activities to ensure the most efficient and profitable operation of the Workshop Departments by satisfying customers and enhancing customer relations, as well as controlling resources and assets at a level commensurate with profit targets. 2- To enhance the reputation of the company at every opportunity when interacting with others. 3- Ensure accurate service work recording job costing and invoicing. 4- Ensure premises, tools, equipment and other dealership assets are controlled and used effectively to complete customer repairs within time expectations. 5- Ensure the effective use of technician and productive labour. Monitor hours attended and worked in order to achieve labour efficiency targets. 6- Maintain an effective control of expenses in line with agreed objectives by regular examination and review of management accounts and comparisons with budgets. 7- Ensure all customers are provided with a level of service which will achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty. 8- Seek to improve all aspects of quality and service and minimise customer complaints, dissatisfaction and defection.
