o Administration, operation, and 1st level support for Cisco-based voice Routers, Switches, and Gateways
· Administration, operation, and 1st level support for Cisco-based IP Telephony Networks including Cisco Call Manager/Call Manager Express, and Unity.
Skills
o Bachelor's Degree / BSc in Computer Science
o Minimum 3-5 Years of practical experinec in Ndetworking and 1-2 years in VoIP & IP telephony.
o Has certification in Cisco IP telephony administration
o Has practical knowledge in:
- LAN and WAN architectures
- Cisco switching and routing technologies.
- Cisco CallManager
- Cisco Unity Voice Mail Systems
- Cisco AVVID Architecture
- Routers / Voice Gateways
- Cisco Voice Portal (CVP)
