Setting up Monthly meetings with the directors of various projects and sales managers to review the achieved results for each month. Setting up Monthly visits to the branches of Foreign Affairs to follow up the progress of work and to discuss and resolve all the problems and constraints of each branch. Setting up Regular monthly meetings with the marketing management to review or modify what has been appropriated for the marketing plan throughout the year. Evaluating the performance of sales managers and project managers of the various branches periodically. Attend meetings of the Executive Committee with all required reports from the Department of sales to be submitted to the members of the Senior Executive Committee.
