Vice President for the Sales Sector

Company name : Talaat Moustafa Group Job Field : Sales Employment type : Full Time Job Description : Prepare a target sale of the next year at the level of all the different projects in conjunction with the sales managers and project managers, and distribute it to the sales branches. And deliver this prepared and distributed sales target to the Chairman of the Board for discussion and adoption as final. Setting up Monthly meetings with the directors of various projects and sales managers to review the achieved results for each month. Setting up Monthly visits to the branches of Foreign Affairs to follow up the progress of work and to discuss and resolve all the problems and constraints of each branch. Setting up Regular monthly meetings with the marketing management to review or modify what has been appropriated for the marketing plan throughout the year. Evaluating the performance of sales managers and project managers of the various branches periodically. Attend meetings of the Executive Committee with all required reports from the Department of sales to be submitted to the members of the Senior Executive Committee. Deliver the periodic reports required to the Chairman of the Board and all the different departments in a timely manner. Job Location : Dokki, Egypt Submission date : 1/3/2008

Required Candidates

Experience : Min 15 Max 20 Years Gender : Male First language : Arabic Degree : Excellent Second language : English Degree : Excellent Computer skills : Excellent Position : Managerial Position Country of nationality : Egypt Additional requirements : Excellent Command of English Language. Excellent Command of Computer Skills. Excellent Command of Leadership skills. MBA certification is an asset.
