Organize and monitor the bid schedule for civil pricing in accordance with overall tender process in order to match bid submission date

2. Risk Analysis:
Analyse specifications and evaluate CW contractors capability in order to define CW strategy to minimize risks and secure future project execution
3. CW Tender Design:
Organize and coordinate the preliminary design for civil works with internal/external designer in view to produce the bill of quantities with level of detail sufficient to master pricing according to strategy (LS or Measured works).
4. CW Costing:
Prepare, monitor and evaluate inquiries to potential subcontractors.
Establish the CW pricing for design, supervision and construction based on quotes from subcontractors, and update it based on optimized layout in order to ensure competitive offer.
5. CW Documentation:
Produce, in liaison with Sales Engineer drawings, technical descriptive, planning and prices breakdown required for bid submission to Client
6. Negotiations:
Assist the Sales Engineer in negotiations/ Evaluation of the bid with the Client for CW technical and commercial aspects, up to transfer of successful bids to operations
7. Tools & Methods:
Assist the CW Dept Mgr in developing tools and methods used for CW tendering.
Provide input datas for the ROE on CW tenders
8. Process:
Ensure that tendering processes and procedures are adhered to, including validation of CW offer.

Required Candidates
Experience : Min 3 Max 5 Years Gender : Any Education : B.Sc. Engineering First language : Arabic Second language : English Position : Senior Position Country of nationality : Egypt Additional requirements : Education / Experience

Civil engineering/ Architectural degree or equivalent
3-5 years experience in Civil Works, either on design side or in construction activities

Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)
Knowledge of CW costing elements for building works
Ability to supervise/control measurements and basic designs in building works
Capacity to work in international context
Good oral/written communication skills in English
Specific knowledge
Prior experience of HV substations civil aspect is a plus
1 to 3 years experience in CW tendering (Consultant or contractor side)
Computer literate (Excel)
Gender : Any
Education major : Civil Engineering
Experience : 3-5 Years.
Salary (L.E.): Negotiable
