Participates in setting production plans for the
company plants, formulating objectives and
transforming these plans and objectives into
production programs -Review sales demand forecast and
confirm the capacity of required production / -
Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor ,
materials, and manufacturing costs for each product /
- Identify, production plans, personnel, materials
requirements, and material priorities / - Best utilize
machine and labor capacity / - Issue daily production
plan and adherence versus actual / - continuously
enhance performance ./ - Control Working Capital
level, by managing the finished goods, raw & packaging
material stocks, and minimize the stock to the minimum
level / - Issue monthly report comparing actual stock
versus theoretical stock level / - Attend Operational
& Sales meeting and handle departmental interaction /
