Orange Business Services, a fully owned subsidiary of France Telecom, providing integrated, secure and customized business communication solutions for multi national organizations, is expanding its worldwide technical support center in Cairo/CityStars and seeking the following vacancies:

1. Central Application Support Agent [CASA]

  • 0-3 years experience in software or telecommunication industry.
  • Good knowledge in information system/computer science (OS, DBMS, WEB, software languages).
  • General knowledge in networking (IP, ATM, FR, Cisco routers, Nortel switches).
  • One of the following mandatory: Excellent Operating administration & scripting skills (Solaris, HPUX, Windows) OR Excellent Database administration skills (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Fluency in French (verbal and written).

2. Local Delivery Manager [LDM]

  • 1-3 years experience in ISP environment; understanding of telecommunication principles.
  • Excellent customer interacting skills.
  • French, German and Russian language proficiency is an Asset.
  • Fluency in one or more languages of the following is a must: Romanian, Hungarian, Serbo-Croatian, Bulgarian and Swahili.

3. Customer Technical Support Specialist [CTSS]

  • Fresh graduate – 2 years in messaging and/or security support.
  • CCNA/MCSE/Unix certificates preferred.
  • Proficiency in French is a must.

4. Lotus Notes Administrator [LNA]

  • 3 years experience in managing Lotus Dormino servers and clients versions 5, 6 and 7 on a large infrastructure; preferably IBM certified.
  • French language is a plus.

5. Security Support Engineer [SSE]

  • Minimum 3 years technical experience in IT/Network security support.
  • Good understanding of network security technologies (Check Point & Netscreen firewalls, Bluecoat & NetApp Cashes/Proxies, Cisco & Juniper IDSs & IPDs).
  • Good understanding of IT security technologies (trendMicro Antivirus, WebWasher & Symantec URL Filtering).
  • Knowledge of Adoption Cisco Managed Switches is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of IT & networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent phone business communication and facilitation skills.
  • Good understanding of ITIL incident & change management processes.
  • CCSA, CCSE, BCCPA, BCCPP, UCSA and/or CISA certifications are a plus.

6. MS Exchange Support Engineer [MS-ESE]

  • Minimum 3 years experience in MS-Exchange technology and MS Windows 2002/2003 Support.
  • Additional experience particularly with Windows Networks with Exchange server knowledge of core Microsoft technologies as AD, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of MS Exchange 2007, IIFP is a plus.

7. Voice Technical Support Experts [VTSE]

  • 3+ years experience as a technical support engineer on convergence services (IP Telephony Cisco or Avaya, Nortel, Alcatel technology).
  • Cisco CCNP/CCVP/ CCIE, Avaya ACA, ACS, ACE certifications or equivalent are a plus.

8. Security Implementation Engineer [SIE]

  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT/security solutions implementation.
  • 2 years experience in Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Very good understanding of Security Concepts and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Firewalls (Nokia appliances, Check Point, Netscreen), Proxy services (Bluecoat, Netcache), Antivirus Gateways (TrendMicro, Symantec) and/or URL & Content Filtering software (WebWasher & Symantec).

9. Security Engineer [SE]

  • 5-8 years if IT & Network security experience. 2-3 years of which are IT solutions engineering, including development, design, integration, testing, validation and documentation.
  • Profound knowledge in one or more of the following products: Blucoat proxies, CISCO ACNS, Juniper IDP, Nokia & Juniper SSL VPN.
  • Good presales skills. French language is a plus.

10. Telecom Sourcing Expert [TSE]

  • 3-6 years of experience in Telecom/networks industry, technical and/or commercial.
  • Analytical, communication, language and project management skills required.

11. Enterprise Network Management Engineer [ENME]

  • Minimum 1 year experience in operational networks.
  • Provide first and second professional technical support to ENM customers.
  • Excellent network troubleshooting skills in the following: VPN Architecture, Remote Access PPP Dail (ISDN/PSTN), Tunneling Protocols and IP Telephony.

12. Problem Management Engineer [PME]

  • 3 - 5 years experience as a technical support / field engineer.
  • Cisco CCNP certification is a plus.
  • Avaya or VoIP/IPT experience would be a big plus.
  • Experience with Packeteer equipment is a plus.

13. IT Help Desk Call Center Agent [ITCS-Agent]

  • 1 year experience as an IT call center agent.
  • At least one formal technical qualification related to PC or IT related systems (example: MCSE, CNE, CAN, A+ and/or Exchange).
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Remedy, RSE Remote, Access, Lotus Notes, MS Communicator and/or MS Active Directory.
  • French language is a plus.

14. IT Help Desk Call Center Manager [ITCS-Manager]

  • 2-3 years management experience in a technical team or a customer service environment.
  • Experience in Help Desk/Service Desk team supervision and team building.
  • PC/IT Operations background.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation/report writing skills.
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural and cross-functional organization.
  • French language is a plus.

15. Solution Delivery Management [SDM]

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Network Domain, Project Management and/or Customer Service.
  • Second language proficiency is mandatory: French, German, Spanish, Dutch and/or Italian.

General Requirements:

  • Excellent English and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must for all positions.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer since, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or any other Engineering domain.
