International Oil & Gas firm urgently requires a few Licensed Buyer

AN international Oil and Gas firm based in Malaysia has the
following position to fill in immediately:

Buyer

Basic Education:

-University Graduate with a BS Degree in Mechanicalengineeri ng.
-Licensed professional buyer.
-Working knowledge of applicable international industry standards.
-Excellent working knowledge with computers. Familiar with basic MS
Office software applications, prepare and deliver
presentations. ...
-Fluent in English (written & oral).

Job Description:

-Familiar with India & Southeast Asia oil & gas equipment
manufacturing base
-At least 10 years of experience in the oil & gas procurement
activities.
-Worked in major oil & gas companies (local / international) .
-Has an excellent knowledge of major oil and gas equipment such as
pumps, valves, pipes, turbines, electric motors, drilling,
pressure vessels, general supply items .......
-Review and evaluate Vendor's Technical document (inspection & Audit
reports, quality manuals..... .).
-Coordinate all vendors' technical reports, issues or concerns
between the vendors and respective Responsible Standard Authorization
(RSA).
-Proactively find solutions to technical and quality issues and
support the manufactures for improvement to be one of Aramco
Approved suppliers.
