HR Generalist
Essential Recruitment:
1. Screens, filters, classifies C.Vs to obtain and fill our vacancies
for HR, Administration and Microsoft Technology Department
2. Innovates, recommends new smart recruitment channels to gain high
calibers candidates
3. Conducts initial HR interviews and generates HR and English exams
4. Reviews job announcements and internal postings to ensure statutory
compliance
5. Develops, Implements and monitors the recruitment procedures
Essential Performance Management
1. Assists in driving company-wide initiatives (performance
management, benefit strategies, salary review and organization change)
2. Research and analyze information to make advanced employee
relations decisions and recommendations.
3. Proposes policy and procedure changes/improvement s to instill best
business and management practices.
4. Develops HR system according to International Standards
5. Responsible for setting the overall annual HR operations objectives
& KPIs and monitor
6. Plans & directs implementation & operations of HR systems
7. Generates & delivers statistical reports that can support the HR
strategy of the cost measurements & turnover rates
8. Leads the development of short and long term human resources
strategies and plans
Essential Compensation and benefits
1. Ensures company's compliance with the Egyptian Labor Laws & Regulations
2. Develops the Company's salary structure, grading system and
employee benefits schemes
3. Handles development and implementation of Cafeteria plan and bonus
system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(Persons applying for a position of this class should have any
combination of the following experience and training.)
Fluent in English language , excellent commend in Microsoft Office ,
at least Two years of progressively responsible human resources
program management experience, preferably as a generalist in the
Private sector specially in Multinational companies ; bachelor's
degree in human resources management, business administration, or a
related field, master's preferred; or substituting graduate level
course work or training in human resource or public administration for
reasonable period of the experience; a reliable HR Certification
preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Interpersonal Skills:
Analytical, Strong Communication, Strong Organizational Skills,
Attention to Details, Cooperative, Intelligent, Quick Learner and
Eager to read HR books
